Delete your Polis account
This action is irreversible once executed. For account protection, you must sign in and complete an emailed verification code before deletion is allowed.

Sign in on the Cognito page to continue. You can use your existing Polis credentials there, or create an account if needed.
Recommended: use the Cognito page above for sign-in/sign-up, then return here to complete deletion verification.
If you no longer have access to your sign-in methods, contact lux.corp.app@gmail.com for assisted deletion support.
